Global cloud software provider Zenoti has announced the launch of HyperConnect, an advanced AI-powered communication and engagement solution designed to help beauty, wellness, and fitness businesses improve customer experience, streamline operations, and unlock new revenue opportunities.

HyperConnect’s AI works behind the scenes to monitor and analyse customer conversations, offering actionable insights via a user-friendly dashboard. Key features of HyperConnect include:

  • Enhanced Voice Communication: Businesses can make and receive calls directly through HyperConnect or route calls from their existing systems. The platform’s AI-powered SmartBot automatically manages missed calls, schedules appointments via text, and provides transcriptions and summaries of call conversations. According to Zenoti, businesses using SmartBot are generating an average of £1,600–£1,800 in additional monthly revenue per centre.

  • Streamlined Daily Operations: Front desk teams can view snapshots of business activity, quickly access customer profiles, and offer tailored service suggestions—simplifying operations and supporting upselling.

  • Personalised Messaging: Businesses can send custom messages for birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestones, while managers can monitor and respond to notifications in real-time using saved or custom responses.

  • Feedback Management: The platform supports AI-assisted replies to customer feedback, enabling businesses to address both positive and negative reviews effectively and in the appropriate tone.

  • AI Insights: HyperConnect also offers sentiment analysis, agent scoring, and daily summary reports to help businesses evaluate their team’s performance and continuously improve customer interactions.
