Leading UK e-commerce wellness platform host practitioner dinner on Tuesday 4th March at Claridge’s, Mayfair.
W-Wellness, the UK’s first expert-led wellness e-commerce platform, showcased wellness insights for 2025 with an expert panel to over 85 practitioners, industry influencers and aesthetic media.
The evening opened with a champagne and canapé reception before a welcome by W-Wellness co-founders Sally Lefever-Bell and Sophie Woodward. As one of the key missions of W-Wellness is to keep its expert community at the forefront of a rapidly evolving and overwhelming supplement and health solutions space, the panel took a deep-dive into what wellness means today and discussed longevity, gut health, fertility and aesthetics.
Francesca Ogiermann-White, founder of The Beauty Triangle and Tatler’s Health & Beauty Editor-at-Large chaired a panel talk where she was joined by experts; Dr Elena Antonova, Liberty Mills, Dr Nichola Conlon and Nurse Yasmin Shirazi.
Together they discussed key trends covering: how to rejuvenate and regenerate skin at a cellular level; the increase in stress, insomnia and low self-esteem; 'Female Burnout' aka a physical, emotional and metal exhaustion that can be compounded whilst navigating life chapters such as menopause, infertility; and how the worlds of aesthetics and regenerative medicine overlap as a form of wellness.

W-WELLNESS INSIGHTS AND TRENDS
In an increasingly complex world, the trend for reconnecting with holistic health practices is on the rise as people look for ways to look and feel better naturally. Treatments that tune into what your body needs instead of quick fixes like traditional practices such as Acupuncture and Sound Therapy that promote long term wellbeing. Guided Meditation to help reduce stress and Cryotherapy where cold temperatures can trigger the release of endorphins which can improve your mood.
Living well in 2025 means looking after your physical, emotional and spiritual self and embracing growing older with vitality, resilience and a focus on your overall wellbeing. It involves having a proactive approach to improving your lifestyle; having a balanced diet, exercising regularly to preserve your strength and practising stress management to create emotional balance in your life. Healthy ageing isn’t just about adding years to life, it’s about adding life to years.
Multivitamins are so last year and the bespoke supplement ‘stack’ or ‘edit’ is the latest way to build a custom foundation of supplements combining two or more products that help you achieve a specific goal. Usually taken as part of a health and fitness routine, a supplement edit can address personal concerns, whether that’s improving cellular health to combat ageing and a lack of energy, improving digestion with probiotics, or enhancing skin health with collagen.
With the growing awareness of the role our gut health plays in our overall well-being, prioritising gut health has become an important part of the modern approach to holistic wellbeing. This trend goes beyond supplements, with a growing interest in naturally enhancing your gut microbiome with probiotics and fermented foods like kimchi. An imbalance in gut health bacteria can lead to systemic inflammation which can exacerbate skin conditions such as rosacea and acne.
There’s a growing trend for the need to escape the distractions of modern life, disconnect from technology and focus on your holistic wellbeing. As burnout and digital fatigue become increasingly common, unplugging to reduce stress and reconnect with yourself will become more important. Creating a mental sanctuary that supports relaxation will help restore calm in your life and uplift your mood. Wellness retreats can give you the restorative programme you need but taking up activities like meditation, yoga and mindfulness workshops can also help you recharge and embrace self-care in this always on world.
