Exfoliating once a week will keep skin fresh, while a healthy diet and good hydration go a long way. As you’d expect, smoking is a big no-no! Moisturing is not recommended moisturising for rosacea as you need to be using products specifically made for controlling rosacea (not for sensitive skin which is a mistake a lot of people make)
