I was given ellanse in my cheeks, 2 years ago. I now have indents at the top of my cheeks n my smile is all cheeks n then these funny indents. It's really changed my face shape. So how can I make this look better, I hate this product... Wish I could attach a pic to show what I mean.

Thank you so much for the question and interest in seeing Dr Kathryn. I am her assistant and answer enquiries on her behalf.
You would be best returning to the doctor that administered the Ellanse, as they would need to assess the area and assist you further. If you return to the doctor and later need to take legal action, this will give you a "clear line" of who has assisted you and there would be less complications in a legal dispute.
If you are unable to see the doctor that administered the Ellanse, you can approach the Sinclair Pharma's KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) for the product. I believe this is currently Victoria Manning at River Aesthetics or Ian Stawford at Skin Excellence Clinic. Victoria is the leading teacher for doctors in this product range and I am to understand she deals with complications for Sinclair Pharma and I believe is paid to assist patients in complications.
