Question: Delayed Onset Nodules

Hello, I had Ellanse injections many years ago and for the past year I’ve developed large hard granulomas at the injection sites. I’ve had many treatments including steroids both orally and injectable. Antibiotics concurrently. Is there any current technology to disperse this issue?

Answer: Good Morning,

It seems all available treatments have been carried out that can improve granulomas: steroids both orally and injections, antibiotics.

There are no other non invasive treatment options available.

These granulomas will gradually decrease in size naturally over long period of time. Surgical excision can be considered after all other options were tried.

Kind regards,
