The option I choose may not be correct but I was hoping you could help with a gap in between my big toe and next one. I imagine filler may work okay since the gap is deep and can possibly be filled from the base. Is there something to do about it?

Answer: Hi Emma thank you for your question. You are correct that dermal fillers can be used in the feet although this is usually for painful soles (from wearing high heels) or for treatment of corns. It may be that your gap could be filled with dermal filler but this is not an area which I have expertise in. I would suggest that you look at specialist Podiatrists who have trained in these procedures. My understanding is that the right filler needs to be used to get optimum results and also that it is potentially very painful so a podiatrist would perform a ring block which would numb the area completely.
