Answer: Hello Kirsty

To treat strabismus you will need an Ophthalmic Surgeon ask your GP for a referral or privately one of the private hospitals. This is not a condition usually treated at Aesthetic Clinics.

Kind regards

Victoria

Answer: Hello Kirsty, thanks for the enquiry. I don't offer botox for strabismus, but there are limited clinical studies to indicate this would be a successful treatment. However, I'd recommend that you choose a clinic that is registered with CQC, as this treatment is an advanced clinical procedure that should only be carried out by a qualified medical practitioner.

Hope that was helpful.

Warm regards

Tawa Dowling

Dr Sundeep Dhesi

Answer: Hi Kirsty,

Strabismus or squint is a condition that requires assessment by an ophthalmologist or oculoplastic surgeon. I would recommend researching a private ophthalmologist or oculoplastic surgeon near you to have this condition treated. Alternatively your GP maybe able to refer you via the NHS depending on the severity of the strabismus.

Kind regards

Answer: Hi Kirsty

I am afraid I do not offer this service at Finesse Skin Clinic - I would suggest looking for a CQC registered practice too

Best wishes

Answer: No.
You need an ophthalmologist. I have discussed this with an on island ophthalmologist (doctor from the hospital) and that service isn’t performed here.
You may want to approach the Moorefields hospital in London.
