Introduction

We have now completed our first, whole year of the new quarterly Consulting Room industry magazine and feedback has been, as they say - epic! We couldn't have done it without the support of our advertisers and the wonderful contributions we have received from industry experts, plus the help and oversight of our Editorial Board. This issue focuses on innovation within the aesthetic sector, in terms of product and device development, as well as new thinking and advancements in technique. We also take a nostalgic look back at some of the innovations that never quite made it. Our next issue for Winter 2019, due in the New Year, will focus on Aesthetic gynaecology and hormones.
