I had Recell treatment at Zenith Cosmetics in Nottingham for scarring. The treatment didn't work at all and I saw no improvement in my condition. It ended up being just a big waste of time and money, and definitely not a treatment I would recommend to others.
Hugely disappointed to be turned away this morning as I took my daughter to my appointment. Apparently according to policy, children are not allowed. This policy was never highlighted to me. I fully understand that for laser treatment it would not be appropriate to have a child present as I work with lasers myself. However, I was not allowed to leave my well behaved daughter in the waiting room whilst the treatment was carried out. Having previously attended a consultation and then waiting for 6 weeks for my treatment appointment this was a huge waste of my time. If I had childcare then I would not have taken my daughter and imagine other clients might be in a similar position. It seems a shame that a clinic with excellent reviews excludes mothers on this basis. I would not be able to recommend this clinic and will be looking elsewhere for my treatment.
