Which treatment is best for me?

I have noticed over the last year that I have some darker patches on my face, one above my lip and on my forehead. I’m assuming this is due to sun exposure and age and is a slight difference pigmentation. I’m not sure which treatment would be best for this but I need to try and do something to get rid of it as it is making me very self conscious.
