Question: Inquiry about treatment for deep pitted scars.

Good morning,

I have a deep, pitted scar on my forehead caused by chickenpox, as well as a few smaller atrophic scars on my face, and I am looking for an effective treatment.

So far, I have already had three sessions of microneedling and chemical peels, as well as plasma therapy (PRP), but unfortunately there has been no noticeable improvement. I have been advised that my scar may be deeper or tethered, and that other treatments may be more suitable.

I would like to know:

- Do you treat deep pitted scars like this?
- Do you offer treatments such as subcision, fractional laser, or other appropriate procedures for deep scars?
- Do you offer an initial consultation, and what is the cost?
- Based on cases like mine, how many sessions are usually recommended and what level of improvement can realistically be expected?

Thank you very much for your time. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,
Niloofar

Dear Pegah,

Thank you for your reply.

Before booking a consultation, could you please let me know whether you treat deep or tethered atrophic scars, and whether treatments such as subcision are offered in addition to fractional laser? I have already tried microneedling, chemical peels, and PRP without improvement.

Kind regards,
Niloofar
