Good afternoon
I have had a breast reduction many years ago but my breast shave grown back to very large and would like them reduced again with an uplift too. I previously had it done on the nhs and my nipples are very uneven. I really want it all sorted out privately. Could you give me a price guide please and if you are able to do it quite soon as I am getting married and would like it done before then.

Answer: Dear Jenny
Thank you for your enquiry regarding breast reduction / uplift surgery. Mr Gateley would be very happy to see you to discuss this further. His consultation fee is £250.00.
It is very difficult to give prices before a consultation, however a breast reduction would be in the region of £12,500.00 and may incorporate an uplift at the same time - although this would need to be confirmed following consultation.
We can usually offer a consultation within 2 weeks of enquiry and surgery would depend on our calendar, but we can usually accommodate surgery within 4-6 weeks of initial consultation.

Thank you for your enquiry. In the first instance, a consultation would be required for an assessment of your concerns and to meet with the Surgeon. The cost of this consultation is £60.00. During this appointment, you will also be provided a full price breakdown and discuss possible surgical dates available to you.
