Question: Nagor breast implants Rupture???

Hi there,
In January 2010 I had Nagor breast implants. Please find details below:

REF - RGI - DEH 365
LOT 052879

REF - RGI - DEH 345
LOT - 052712

I believe certain Nagor implants have been recalled, however, I don't think the ones I have were in that category.
I have recently been told my implants have ruptured and am scheduled to have explant surgery this coming November (2022).

I was wondering if anyone can help me or point me in the right direction to find out if I am eligible for compensation of some sort?
Thank you,
Jessica

Answer: Hello we believe you would have to speak to Nagor direct who are the implant supplier and then they may send you a form to complete.

You should be able to find their contact details online

Thank you

Answer: Good morning,

Lovely to hear from you.

We would require you to book in for a consultation with our breast surgeons Ms Lucy Khan and Mr Chris Cartilage.

Consultations carry a non refundable £150 fee which will be taken on the day of your appointment.

To secure appointments we must store your card details in our secure system, this can be taken over the phone. Alternatively, you can input your own details using our new online booking system via our website.

Please note in case of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours notice) this card will be charged with the late cancellation fee which will be highlighted in your appointment confirmation email.

To give you an idea of timescales, the next available appointment for a consultation is on the 22nd of October.

If you do require any further information or would like us to look at potential dates and times for an initial consultation please let us know.

Can I also ask you to please provide us with your full postal address and mobile phone number as we need this information to book your appointment.

Kindest regards,
