Answer: Good Morning,

Thank you for your email enquiry.
I would like to invite you for a Complimentary Consultation to discuss your area(s) of concern with one of our highly skilled Medical Practitioners. During this time, your Practitioner will thoroughly assess the area of concern and create an individual treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. The treatment procedure will be explained to you along with costings of the treatments.

Over time and as we age skin loses essential proteins such as collagen and elastin which are the elements that give your skin a more youthful firmness and plumpness. With this loss, your skin begins to sag on the face, neck and décolletage.

High intensity Focused Ultrasound or HIFU is a treatment which has been specifically designed to help reverse this process, using ultrasound beams it penetrates the skin at different depths to create thermal energy which works to strengthen and encourage new growth of collagen fibres in multiple layers of the skin.

HIFU treatments last between 30 to 60 minutes and has no downtime. Many clients will see a difference after their first treatment, but the true results will appear over the following 2-3 months as new collagen works to lift and tighten the skin in the targeted area. The number of treatments will depend on the individual, some people will only need one, but it will depend on the degree of skin laxity and the response to the treatment.

Prices for this treatment start from £400.

Our clinic is open 6 days a week and our opening times are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 9am – 5pm

Book your appointment online via our website.

Answer: The Benefits of Ultherapy Prime for a Saggy Neck

If your neck is starting to show signs of sagging — that tell-tale looseness of skin that no amount of skincare seems to touch — you might want to consider Ultherapy. This non-invasive treatment has become a go-to option for tightening and lifting saggy necks without the faff of surgery. Here’s why it’s worth considering:

1. No Needles, No Surgery, No Downtime

One of the best things about Ultherapy is that it’s completely non-invasive. It doesn’t involve any needles or scalpels, and there’s no need to hide away afterwards. You can pop in for a session and get back to your day without anyone being the wiser.

2. Kick-Starts Collagen Production

Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound energy to heat the deeper layers of the skin, which stimulates the production of new collagen — that all-important protein that keeps skin firm and bouncy. As fresh collagen forms over the next few months, you’ll notice the skin on your neck becoming tighter and more lifted.

3. Natural-Looking Results

Unlike more drastic treatments, Ultherapy works gradually. You won’t wake up looking radically different, which is ideal if you prefer results that are subtle yet effective. Over 2 to 6 months, your neck will look smoother, firmer, and less saggy — more “you,” just fresher.

4. Precision Targeting with Ultrasound

What sets Ultherapy apart from other treatments is its use of real-time ultrasound imaging. This means your practitioner can see exactly where to deliver the energy for the best results, targeting those deeper layers of tissue that are responsible for sagging. The precision makes the treatment safer and more effective.

5. Long-Lasting Effects

Once your collagen has had a chance to kick in, the results can last for 12 to 18 months — or even longer if you’re religious about maintenance treatments. It’s not a forever fix, but it’s a great way to buy some time before considering anything more invasive.

6. Side Effects Are Minimal

In terms of side effects, you might have a bit of redness, slight swelling, or tenderness, but nothing too dramatic. It’s all very manageable, especially compared to the downtime required for a surgical lift.

7. Quick and Convenient

Sessions take between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the area being treated, so it’s easy to fit in around a busy schedule. Since there’s no special prep or aftercare required, it’s one of the most convenient options for tightening a saggy neck.

Who Is It Best For?

Ultherapy works best if you have mild to moderate skin laxity and want a noticeable lift without going under the knife. It’s also great if you’re patient enough to wait a few months for your collagen to do its thing.

So, if your neck’s starting to give the game away and you’re not quite ready for surgery, Ultherapy could be the low-key solution you’re looking for. If you’re keen to know more, book a consultation so we can discuss your options.

Kind regards
Dr Victoria
