Answer: Hi Ruby, yes we do treat Keloid scarring with steroids, however we would need to assess you to ensure we can provide the best advice/treatment.
You could either send us a picture of your keloid & the affected area, or get in touch with our clinic (Nakedhealth MediSpa) to book in a consultation with Mr Gately. This would be your best option.
We hope to hear from you soon.
Kind regards, Demi@nakedhealth

Answer: Hi, we don’t offer scar removal treatments here, and because you’re prone to keloid scarring, it’s important to be cautious — removal can sometimes cause the same issue to come back. If you do find another provider, make sure they’re experienced with treating keloids.
In the meantime, you might find Kelocote helpful. It’s a silicone gel that’s clinically proven to help soften, flatten, and reduce itching in keloid scars. I’d recommend the UV version during the summer months for added sun protection. You can find it at Boots or on Amazon for around £25.
Hope that helps!

Dr Anna Hemming

Answer: Good afternoon, Ruby,
Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding keloid scar.
I hope you are doing well!
We can certainly arrange an appointment with Dr Anna.
She offers 2 kinds of appointments.
The most popular is her hour-long skin consultation which includes a skin scan, assessment and discussion about skin, treatment options and how they would best suit your concerns. She would be able to cover several skin concerns, injectables, energy devices and body treatments in this time. Or do a deep dive into a particular concern.
The cost of this hour-long appointment is £195, it is not redeemable against treatment, however she would be able to set up a prescription skincare plan for you during the appointment and afterwards we would be able to book treatments if you are ready to make that commitment. The consultation fee is payable at the time of the booking over the phone or via a payment link.
For patients who know the treatment they want to have and want to book direct for that treatment Dr Anna makes a short assessment discussion with you along with consenting for treatment. This is a complimentary discussion, without scan or deeper assessment of your skin. It is suitable when a patient has already had a skin consult or doesn’t want to commit to this level of service from us.
Please, feel free to contact us (our contact details can be found on our clinic profile) if you require more information or you would like to book in a consultation with the doctor.
Best wishes,
Lavinia
