Answer: Good question.
Personally I prefer to treat the skin with microneedling supported by specific home skincare (Vitamin C, Sunscreen, retinal and stem cell proteins.)
This naturally stimulates the skin to regenerate the skin through all layers to improve texture, firmness, even out skin tones, reduce scarring and improve elasticity.
In cases where there is a lot of sun damage, wrinkling or scarring from acne or chicken pox etc I would also suggest peels
I'd suggest at least 3-6 regular treatments to see the improvements
If a client required more correction we can then progress to Ellanse collagen stimulation
In all cases we recommend a holistic approach of prescribed home skincare, regular skin treatments and good diet then if injectables are needed the end result will look more natural and harmonious

Answer: Hi Niall, great question but not a simple answer. Filler give an almost instant response and can be used for many different areas. To restore volume or help with folds. Microneedling is much more of a behind the scenes treatment. Stimulating collagen production. I don’t use any of the fillers you mentioned. I use Teoxane which has been established for over 20 years - so I understand its dynamics and know there’ll be no surprises. These questions would be great to be followed up with a consultation- how does that sound ? Sarah

Answer: Hi thank you for your message. It depends what you are trying to treat and which area etc. Dermal fillers are great for adding volume and smoothing fine lines. RF micro needling works more on the skin texture and laxity, by using your own collagen function to smooth lines and wrinkles and improve the skin appearance. If you would like to discuss these treatments in more detail you are welcome to come in for a consultation where we can assess you properly and discuss your concerns.
