Answer: Good morning,
For a sagging neck we would recommend treatments such as Tixel or microneedling. Both of these treatments will stimulate collagen and elastin that will form the skin over time.
Please contact us to book in for a consultation.
Kind regards,

Answer: Hello Abigail,
Thank you for your query.
A sagging neck can be caused by different factors, including overactive muscles pulling down the skin, and loss of collagen and elastin, reducing the elasticity and resilience of the skin.
Treatments to remedy this can include anti-wrinkle injections, skin boosters such as polynucleotides and microneedling sessions to stimulate collagen production, as well as oral supplementation with hydrolysed collagen to improve skin health from within.
In order to accurately assess you and determine the best treatment plan, I'd recommend that you book a consultation. You can do this via the link in my clinic profile (TD Aesthetics).
I hope this has been helpful, and I look forward to seeing you soon.
Warm regards
Nurse Tawa

Answer: Dear Abigail,
Thank you for your question.
Sagging in the neck area is often caused by a decrease in collagen, which can result from factors such as aging or significant weight loss. One way to address this concern is by restoring collagen in the skin, and there are several treatment options available to achieve this.
For short-term improvement, treatments such as skin boosters, dermal fillers (e.g., Profhilo), or thread lifts may be effective. However, the most suitable approach can vary depending on your individual skin condition, goals, and overall health.
To determine the best treatment for you, we recommend booking a consultation and full assessment. This allows us to tailor a personalised treatment plan that will deliver the best results. Since there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, a customised approach ensures the treatment is both safe and effective.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’d like to schedule a consultation.
Warm regards,
Dr Prerna Mittal

Answer: Hello Abigail
Thank you for reaching out to me.
It’s not easy to answer this question,
As there are many treatments for a “sagging neck”
From injectables, to machines, such as energy device machines, etc…
The best way forward would be for you to have a consultation, for me to see the area of concern and to precisely advise you after that on the best option for you, price, etc…
Many thanks

Answer: Hi Abigail
Thanks for getting in touch.
Treatment for the neck can vary depending on the cause of the sagging - ie if it's loose skin or age related sagging, vs excess skin from weight loss - often the approach varies.
If you'd like to share your details, I can give you a call to have a quick chat and hopefully answer any questions you might have about the treatments that we offer.
You can also book a new patient consultation with Dr Hazel. During this consultation, we will discuss your concerns, ideas and expectations and develop a personalised treatment or skin care plan for you.
Please note we take a £50 refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which is fully refundable should you choose not to proceed with any treatments we offer.
I'll pop the link below where you can view live appointment availability and book. However, please feel free to respond with your details and your availability for a call.
