Answer: Plasma sublimation or Plasma Soft Surgery is a safe, effective alternative to surgical procedures to smooth under eye wrinkling or lift and smooth wrinkled upper eye lids.
Plasma is a tiny bolt of lightening which "vaporises" or sublimates a tiny, shallow, diamond solitaire shaped dot of excess skin. The edges of the dot contract giving a tautening effect to the skin. The superficial "injury" stimulates the skin's natural repair processes to support skin regeneration.
The area to be treated will receive multiple dice-patterned shots which leave small full stop size dot scabs. These fall off from day four onwards and are usually all healed by day eight

The procedure is relatively quick with some mild discomfort - topical local anaesthetic cream is applied before the procedure.
Your skin will feel some discomfort for a couple of days with visible swelling and redness.

Depending on the amount of correction desired you may need several treatments.

In my clinic we use Plasma Beamwave BT which provides an adjustable intensity of plasma energy which the practitioner can tailor to your needs.
We apply a stem cell serum and incorporate Dermalux or Healite near infrared LED light therapy after treatment to reduce inflammation and support healthy recovery.
We recommend supporting home skincare before and after treatment for optimal results.

If you wish to explore this further you can contact me through the profile on consulting room to book in for a consultation. Apologies for not being more helpful at this point. Answer: Hello,

Eyebags and wrinkles around the eyes can be caused by a number of issues, including increasing skin laxity caused by collagen depletion, poor cell turnover and increased hollowing caused by fat pad depletion.
Although there are various treatments available, the most successful tend to be injectable; such as tear trough dermal filler treatments or injected skin boosters, which both increase the hydration, collagen and firmness of the skin.

There are non invasive treatments that can deliver noticeable results too, although these may take longer to be effective. These include microneedling and/or skin peel treatments in clinic, or specially formulated eye creams and home use eye patches which deliver active ingredients like hyaluronic acid, peptides and Retinol to the delicate skin around the eyes, to improve hydration, plumpnrss, firmness and tone of the skin.

I hope this has answered your question, but please let me know if you'd like to book a consultation to discuss the most appropriate treatment options for you. I'm based in Rainham, Kent, but I can also offer virtual consultation appointments via Zoom or WhatsApp video.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Warm regards,

Tawa Dowling, RN, NIP

Answer: Hi. Great question. I wouldn’t recommend an injectable for the eye area where there is a hint of puffiness. However I can recommend a great combination of two cream. One for the day and one for the night that have ingredients to help to reduce any puffiness and help with dark circles and fine lines. You would need to use them for at least three months to see if they help.

Please contact me to discuss further via Finess Skin Clinic website

Best wishes Sarah
