I am so sorry this message has only just come through.
I can see your original message through consulting rooms was on 7th February. Since then we have not received any further messages back through them, which is a little frustrating for both of us. I can only apologise that you have not heard back from us. As the replies are directed through the consulting room site, they do not come or get stored in our email system.
