“Having experienced issues with flakey, itchy scalp & hair loss for 3 years I was given Dr Wilsons details by a Michelle Thompson Hair. Sadly I had been misdiagnosed by my NHS Practice and Private Dermatologist, who both prescribed a list of shampoos and lotions try. Whilst some meds initially helped, this was not sustained. Following an in-depth 1-2-1 consultation with Dr Wilson including TrichoLab scalp imaging, I was given a diagnosis and detailed treatment plan (the best bit was knowing what is was and that it could be reversed with time). My GP was then able to prescribe the topical treatments needed, Dr Wilson also advised the vitamins needed to help my deficiency. 7 months on I have great steady regrowth, no flaking or itching!! The improvement has also had a positive impact on the anxiety I felt due to the condition of my scalp & hair. From my first phone call to my 6 month consultation, Dr Wilson has been absolutely amazing, her advice, her warm calming nature and professional knowledge was encouraging and supportive. “I first met Dr Ingrid in June 2021 at an event she was speaking at. I was so impressed with her deep level of knowledge on hairloss conditions I immediately made an appointment for a consultation for my own hair loss issues. I had previously met with a Dermatologist but after only a brief consulation, I was left without a confirmed diagnosis or treatment pathway. Dr Ingrid spent time discussing the extent of my condition, exploring potential causes and treatment options. She was empathetic, thorough and explained in lamens terms what my options were. “Made the trip up from London and definitely worth it to see Dr Ingrid Wilson for such a knowledgeable and thorough consultation on a hair loss issue that's been troubling me for some time. I heard Dr Wilson speak on a podcast about hair loss including afro hair and by the end of it, I knew I had to book an appointment with her because she clearly knew her stuff from both a medical AND holistic perspective. When I arrived, Dr Wilson quickly put me at ease. The resulting report and recommendations were really helpful and easy to understand. Following on, I felt very prepared in speaking to my GP afterwards for an onward referral. This was further helped by Dr Wilson responding quickly to a query I had despite it being very near to Christmas. While I've been waiting for the NHS appointment.”

“I have been receiving IPL treatment for Rosacea at the clinic in Bromley with Davie May. I was very anxious at first as this was a newly diagnosed skin condition. My dermatologist prescribed steroid cream and antibiotics which I wasn’t keen to take and therefore went ahead with the IPL treatment. I have had my second treatment and my skin is so much better and brighter. The redness has calmed down to the point it’s disappeared which I am so happy about. I have also been using the creams that Davie recommended which have really helped. Davie is fantastic and really has a passion for her job which you will instantly see when you meet her. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone to help with their skin conditions.”
