Dr Hazel is very professional, her clinic is very clean and hygienic. It is in a very beautiful location, so you feel calm when you go to an appointment. I have had anti wrinkle injections twice there now, and have been really pleased with the results, they were very effective. Dr Hazel is very knowledgeable and informative, and also very kind and reassuring. I am glad that I chose a fully qualified doctor, and I would recommend that to anyone considering treatment.

I arranged a consultation with dr Hazel to get advice on a concern I had. The reason I chose her clinic was her medical background and because she offered a range of treatments I thought could help, however after an assessment the solution was one I hadn’t even considered. From the start, Hazel was professional and made me feel like I was in safe hands. Everything was explained very clearly, I was able to communicate what I was looking to achieve and we worked together to come up with a plan.

Recently had a consultation with Dr Hazel and it was great. She was friendly, knowledgeable and really understanding when I got my booking wrong (twice!) helping to arrange what worked best for me. We discussed what areas I was looking at having work done and she ran me through my options and provided advice on each area, listening to what routines I had in place already and advising based on my skins needs for my age. There was no pressure and she was very easy to talk to, which isn’t always easy when talking about your insecurities. Communication prior to and after the appointment was great, with Hazel following up with a treatment plan in an email and offering support with a future booking. She put my mind at ease by allowing to ask any questions. I look forward to coming in for my next appointment.

Dr Hazel made me feel comfortable from the first time we met. She was realistic and honest and gave me lots of information to help me decide what treatment would be best. I have never felt any pressure to have a treatment and she has never tried to up-sell anything to me. Her facilities are clean and comfortable, she is a complete professional but most importantly for me she is down to earth and easy to talk to. It’s sometimes hard to talk about your insecurities or the parts of you that you want to improve but she made this really easy for me.

Dr Hazel is just as all the reviews say; warm and welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. She has a lovely bedside manner and is both friendly and professional. Her clinic is in a gorgeous setting and makes you feel at ease just being there. I went for an initial consultation and there was zero pressure to buy anything or sign up to any treatments.
