Just had my 6th appointment and Rachel is so lovely and friendly and laser hair removal works! I actually forget I need to shave or use hair removal cream. Rachel is so attentive and always responds quickly doing the best she can to fit me in her busy schedule. I completely trust her and her professional background and nature is so reassuring. I have recommended her to friends too and they also have had a brilliant experience.
