I had my first visit to Skinboost for a consultation about the frown lines between my eyebrows. Although it is tricky to find, I can see exactly why this location was chosen. At the top of the stairs in Brown's menswear department, there's a little door that leads into a real haven. This place blends cosy with clinical remarkably well. It lacks the intimidating atmosphere I've felt in some of the larger places, but maintains an air of complete professionalism. After a thorough discussion about my expectations of Botox and what results could be achieved, Caroline left me feeling confident that I was in safe hands and I made an appointment to have the procedure a week later. The treatment itself was done quickly and relatively pain free. A few pin prick pains were well worth it for the final result. In fact I was so pleased with my little lifted brows and smooth forehead, that I booked in to have dermal fillers in my nasolabial folds just 2 weeks later. Having been dissatisfied with previous results from another clinic, I needed reassurance, and Caroline took me through the treatment step by step, letting me check in the mirror along the way. A day later there was minimal bruising and now that has subsided, people have been remarking how happy and healthy I look. Someone even said my face looks brighter but they can't figure out why LOL The pricing is also very competitive, but I really feel it's the high levels of skill, service and aftercare that'll keep me coming back. I mean, how many places give you a drink on arrival, a follow up text asking how you're feeling, schedule an aftercare checkup AND deliver the exact result you wanted? One. Skinboost.
I went to Caroline a couple of years ago, after illness when I get tired one of my eye lids seemed to be slightly lower it upset me so much, until Botox was suggested, ive never had anything like this before and was very unsure . It was the best decision I had made and very pleased with the results, Caroline is very professional and reassuring she did give me the confidence to go ahead but now a couple of years on I have just tried fillers what an amazing difference exactly what Caroline said It would look like, it did. If you feel you want something done but are to nervous Skinboost is the perfect place to go and have a discussion as its personal and everything is explained in detail for reassurance. thank you Caroline for having the knowledge and expertise to be able to make me feel so much better.
