After quite a bit of research on collagen stimulators I found Dr Strawford. For the past year I have had Ellanse with great results. It has increased the volume loss in my cheek area. It is a great product that produces your own collagen in a natural looking way. To tackle the slightly sagging cheek area and give a natural lift Dr Strawford suggested Silhouette Soft. I was quite nervous as this was a little more invasive than Ellanse. But I need not have worried. Natalie and Dr Strawford were both very understanding and put me at ease right away. I am now two weeks post Silhouette Soft and the recovery has been exactly as Natalie told me. I did have some swelling which lasted a few days and minor bruising at the entry points that took a week to go but I was back at work day 3. The soreness reduced every day. I would highly recommend Dr Strawford for your non-cosmetic procedures as he has a very friendly and professional manner. He is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions that I have about the procedures which makes me feel like I am in safe hands. Natalie is very caring and on hand to contact post treatment.
I went in to see Dr. Stratford today about having dermal lip fillers as it is something I have thought about doing for sometime. I had been to his clinic a couple years prior and had a different treatment and felt he was the best person to advise and carry out the procedure. I asked lots of questions which he answered and gave his honest, professional opinion. I was very anxious about the pain but he was very calm and put me at ease. The treatment was fast and pain free (a strange sensation at times) but it was absolutely fine and I wondered why I had got myself so worked up. Silly me!!! You can see the results strait away and I am so happy with how they look. It has made me feel much more confident. I will definitely go back.

Clinic Manager
I joined Dr Strawford at Skin Excellence Clinics 2 years ago, when the business first started, and I have to say it has been an amazing journey. I have really enjoyed the challenges this has brought, to help oversee the opening of two amazing Clinics, one in my home town of Plymouth, and the other just outside the beautiful city of Wells in Somerset. I came from running a small business in financial services, a sector I have worked in since leaving School, and in many ways you can transfer these skills from business to business. What makes this so special is the wonderful patients we have. I am the first point of contact for most patients contacting Skin Excellence and it is this part of my job that I love the most. Building relationships with our patients is very rewarding, it is a journey we go on together and being part of the Team at Skin Excellence we have this amazing opportunity to help people feel better about themselves. I am proud to be part of that Team. When not at work, I enjoy the sea, diving and kayaking, being outdoors, cooking and spending time with loved ones.
