We are looking for an experienced sales person who is enthusiastic and self motivated. Must be multi skilled person who can manage and run our small business efficiently to join our team at Renew Skin And health Clinic, Leamington Spa. There will be an extended role to cover the reception at Renew Clinic in Leamington Spa. You will working as part of the front office team and ensuring top class Customer Service. You will be responsible for : Running the business efficiently. Providing Management services and effectively promoting sales Of our products. Answer internal and external phone calls, taking accurate and detailed messages , booking client's appointment, updating CRM database. Chasing clients ensuring you are achieving you daily target of clients booking beside managing the back office. In addition to the routine office work you will also be handling clients inquires and emailing back to them.Excellent oral and written communication skills are therefore mandatory requisite. Dealing with incoming post To be successful in this role you will have the right attitude. You will care about the job you do and the people you work with. You will be adaptable and able to cope with changing priorities. You need to have: Minimum 2 yrs of experience in sales / customer service experience. You also must be flexible and willing to work on late shifts/early shifts and week end shifts around the needs of the company.
