The Medical Cosmetic Service is a medically-led and owned practice. Dr Duncan provides all the medical aesthetic injectable treatments, which allows you to be treated by the same person on every occasion, allowing you to build up a rapport with your cosmetic Doctor.

We are a small clinic who can get to know you and give you continuity of treatment because we are not one of those large high street brands. We have one Therapist allocated to each clinic, which allows the treatment plan to be tailored to your requirements, with regular reviews and assessments. You will get confidentiality, but will not feel anonymous with us.

Thats why we have a very high rate of returning clients.

You may find it difficult to choose a cosmetic clinic from the multitude of websites and advertising out there especially if youre on a tight budget where the tendency may be to choose the lowest price! We know that there are huge differences between clinics and our experience would indicate that, when it comes to medical treatments on your face or body, you may want to consider the old adage you get what you pay for!

At Medical Cosmetic Service our philosophy is to provide a pain free and cost effective way to improve clients natural looks. We dont cut corners, and invest in staff training and buying the best equipment.

With clinics at the Seven Fields Dental & Health Centre, Swindon, Wiltshire and in Frampton-on-Severn, Gloucestershire, Dr Duncan is one of the most experienced female cosmetic doctors in the south west.

Trained in Harley Street, Dr Duncan aims to offer a similar experience to the Wiltshire area; the luxurious Swindon clinic, complete with chandeliers and comfortable leather sofas certainly gives that Harley Street feeling.

The Frampton-on-Severn clinic is a small, purpose built annexe at the side of the house. It is set in a beautiful Gloucestershire village so that if you are travelling from afar, you can make a day of it.

Medical Cosmetic and Spa has the capability to offer a full range of skin rejuvenation treatments for the face and body, offering injectables, light energy based treatments and cosmetic tattooing.

By Car- Driving southbound on M5: take junction 13. Take the right hand lane on the slip road and turn right at the roundabout, taking the 3rd junction which is signposted towards Frampton (also Dursley). Continue to the next roundabout and turn left. Drive another 200 yards, past the Texaco garage and turn right to Frampton. Continue down this road for 1.75 miles. Carry on past the Bell pub on your left. Drive another 100 yards and turn left just before the yellow recycling sign on a telegraph pole. You have now arrived at Bute House. Driving northbound on M5: take junction 13. Take the left hand lane on the slip road and turn left at the roundabout. Continue to the next roundabout and turn left. Drive another 200 yards, past the Texaco garage and turn right to Frampton. Continue down the road for 1.75 miles. Carry on past the Bell pub on your left. Drive another 100 yards and turn left just before the yellow recycling sign on a telegraph pole. You have now arrived at Bute House. Driving northbound on A38: go straight over Dursley roundabout. Through Cambridge passing the White Lion and the George Inn on your left. Carry on through the lights with Hill Top Garage on your right. From there, drive about 200 yards and turn left to Frampton. Continue down the road for 1.75 miles. Carry on past the Bell pub on your left. Drive another 100 yards and turn left just before the yellow recycling sign on a telegraph pole. You have now arrived at Bute House. Driving southbound on A38: progress down A38. Pass Attwools and the Whitminster Inn on your left. Continue down the hill towards the roundabout, go straightover taking the 2nd exit, signposted Frampton (and Dursley). Drive another 200 yards, past the Texaco garage and turn right to Frampton. Continue down this road for 1.75 miles. Carry on past the Bell pub on your left. Drive another 100 yards and turn left just before the yellow recycling sign on a telegraph pole. You have now arrived at Bute House.
