After exhausting all creams to fade the pigmentation on my face ( which didn’t work for me) I searched and found this excellent clinic for help with this awful pigmentation which I managed to get while on holiday it left me looking like a raccoon. Julian was excellent extremely professional he explained everything about the treatment and aftercare and the creams I would need to help my recover. I am dark/olive skinned and pigmentation can get really dark and really noticeable it was all quite depressing. Julian was excellent extremely professional he explained everything about the treatment and aftercare and the creams I would need to help my recovery no promises were made but after the first session it was incredible within a week of healing I could see how much it had faded. Obviously healing time is different to each individual. If your worried of going into public places during the healing process and looking a bit scabby the covid masks are just perfect to cover. The price is excellent and worth it to feel good again. Julian explains the pricing and draws up the treatment plan before treatment begins. I’m continuing my journey and excited for my next session :)

We are very sorry that you feel your experience with us was not a good one. The clinic is closed on a Monday and the telephones are very busy on a Tuesday morning as this is the first day of our working week. We replied to you within 24 hours of receiving your initial email message ( as per company policy) and our receptionist telephoned you back this morning after picking up your answering machine message when the clinic opened. As you did not reply she left a message asking you to call back if you would like to arrange a consultation appointment. At the time of her telephone call to you there were indeed free appointments next Tuesday but unfortunately by the time you called back these had already been taken. If you have any suggestions as to how you feel we could have handled things better we would be very happy to take these into consideration as we strive to provide a positive customer experience and your opinions are very important to us.
