London's leading clinic for the treatment of scars & stretch marks. We offer custom blended skin tone tattoo camouflage to disguise scars and stretch marks, and a natural inkless technique with scar repair serum for scar and stretch mark improvement.
Furthermore, we provide training to other clinics who want to offer these life-changing treatments.
We also provide Scalp Micropigmentation - the ultimate hair loss solution for men & women. SMP is the tattooing of tiny micro dots on the scalp to emulate hair follicles. This can either given the illusion of a shaved head, or colour in the scalp to disguise thinning hair on both men and women. It is much more affordable than hair transplants.
In fact when hair transplants fail, SMP is a good solution to fill in any gaps. The results with SMP and instant and permanent.

Zena really does deserve all the flowers! I recently trained with her in MCA Inkless therapy aswell as in Scar & stretchmark camouflage. I normally feel quite anxious before training but the moment I stepped into Ink Illusions I knew this was my environment! The energy was positive, the space was clean and inspiring and I was immediately excited to learn! Zena makes everything seem understandable and was happy to answer all the questions I threw at her! I have come away from the course feeling really confident, excited, supported and ready to offer some new, game changing treatments to my clients! I can’t wait to learn more with Zena in the future!
Had a micro needling facial and got great results. Lovely team.

Tummy tuck scars are a common request for lightening treatment with ink. Firstly, you should always try the Inkless method to see how this can improve the scar without ink. TCI pigmentation peels can also help. When a client has tried several other treatments already then they may be adamant they want ink. This is a complex case and the chosen colour is based on colour theory, the scar colour, a previous artists wrong colour usage, plus their skin tone.
