Dr Ali Abbas, Consultant Anaesthetist

About Me
Dr Abbas is a qualified anaesthetist with a special interest in plastic surgery and liposuction anaesthesia. He has been administering anaesthesia since 1998, and his amazing skills at providing intravenous sedation make him an obvious choice for patient comfort both during and after the procedure.

Dr Abbas is a highly liked member of our team at the Hunar Clinic with outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills. He has extensive experience working as a consultant anaesthetist and the Head of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care at highly reputed international hospitals as well as a consultant anaesthetist in the NHS.

Work Experience
He has one of the lowest complication rates in his area of expertise with one of the highest patient satisfaction rates. Most of the patients love the sedation experience at the Hunar Clinic, often saying it was the best sleep of their life.

He has plenty of experience working in intensive care units and anaesthetising patients with complex medical backgrounds and requiring simple to complex surgeries.

In the past, Dr Abbas has actively participated in academic research and has publications in national and international journals and platforms.

Outside medicine, he has been actively involved in charity fundraising events and helping the underprivileged in the UK and abroad. He likes dancing and singing in his free time and is a good horse rider.

Dr Abbas is also multilingual and is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and can partly understand Saraiki, Pashto, Baluchi, and Arabic.
