A precautionary examination of moles, carried out in a friendly and thorough manner by Dr James Dean, with advice on sun protection. Highly recommended.

Dr. Thorsteinsson quickly appraised and treated the issue for which I consulted him and he also treated a couple of other minor issues which I pointed out, at the same time. Both he and his nurse were professional and friendly and the whole experience was positive.

Deeply disappointed. I visited Dr Dean about acne breakouts. He confidently diagnosed perioral dermatitis and treatment of 3 months antibiotics and daily cream. He told me no-one had yet returned for follow up after treatment. I stuck with the treatment despite continued breakouts. At the end of 3 months my condition is worse than when I started. It is deeply distressing. When I contacted for follow up I was advised to book another appt at £149. Very disappointed.

Visited Wrexham Clinic feeling very low but reception staff were very supportive and Dr James Dean (Dermatology) reassuring, explaining my condition in layman's terms ensuring I understood what was required of me. I had a consultation with Dr James Dean. He was professional, approachable and most importantly, completely honest about the results I would/wouldnt achieve from the treatments we discussed. A gentleman that wont recommend a treatment unless its suitable for your needs.

This is the first time I actually felt listened too about my concerns. I had 100% attention throughout the apt and didnt feel pressured at all. I am definitely going ahead with the treatment and feel confident that I will be in safe hands.

Highly professional, personal and efficient service provided. Had a minor surgical procedure which was carried out skilfully and was completely painless. I was well informed prior to, and following, the procedure. All this with a nice coffee - which you dont get at a normal Medical Centre. Friendly front of house staff and excellent aftercare from the nurse.

Working in the medical arena I have sometimes struggled to negotiate finding a clinic I feel I can fully trust. It is after all a big decision to trust someone with your face. However Freyja medical is run by medical professionals and is a highly professional, friendly and reassuring place to have a treatment. They are not only highly skilled at what they do but also at listening exactly to your needs and delivering exactly the required results. I couldnt be happier with the whole experience. I would 100% recommend them.

I have never had any aesthetic cosmetic intervention before and spent time researching both treatments and clinics. So why did I decide to travel over 2 hours from my home to have treatment at Freyja. Simply put, after the consultation I was more than confident that I would get a professional, safe and effective treatment from a very knowledgeable doctor with many years of experience. There was absolutely no pressure to have treatment there, in fact, conversely, I couldn't wait to get started! I was a little nervous prior to my procedure but there was really no need to be. I was warmly welcomed, put at ease and the procedure was not as uncomfortable as I had imagined. Thank you to Dr Dean and the other friendly staff. And, I absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Freyja to my friends. I really would like them to be my little beauty secret!

Plexr plus an excellent procedure with impressive results - well worth it.

Just had my two week review after having Plexr Plus treatment and I have got to say I am really pleased with the results. I also had a GP consultation with Dr Dean who was excellent and I know I would definitely not have had the same care with the NHS. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff, who are very professional, caring and brilliant at what they do.

Looking forward to my first treatment of skinpen microneedling, I was still feeling a little nervous and anxious at the thought of it. I was expecting to feel some degree of pain but the whole procedure was completely painless and a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. It was helped greatly by Nia who explained everything completely as she went along and who was obviously very experienced at what she was doing.

Here I am, 3 days post op, face thread lift procedure and so far very happy, no bruising -yay!!! I was very anxious beforehand but both Dr T and Dr Dean where amazing at putting me at ease, no pain or discomfort at all throughout the procedure, I won't see the full effect for a couple of months but I can already see subtle changes, so, to anyone considering a face thread lift I would have no hesitation in recommending Freyja Medical.

I was incredibly nervous when I arrived at the clinic as I had never had any treatments carried out before. The staff were so professional but very friendly and were able to put me at my ease straight away. Everything was explained thoroughly and at no time was there ever any pressure, to have something done that I did not want. It was even suggested that I take my time and phone them if I felt I wanted to go ahead with any of the proceedures. I am glad to say I am really looking forward to having my first treatment, very soon.

Katie was brilliant, it was my first time having microdermabrasion done and she explained each step and what to expect. The clinic was lovely and clean. I felt really relaxed during my treatment. Will definately be returning.

Amazing!! The atmosphere is just perfect and is managed by professionals who are extremely knowledgeable about the skin and it's properties.

I was terrified when I came to have the treatment, but James was brilliant I felt at ease and he gave me honest advice. They are definitely not there to just make money as I was offered alternative treatment that would cost less. They also will not give you a treatment if they feel you do not need it. I can not recommend Freyja enough. I hope I get lots of vouchers from family and friends for Xmas to go towards my next treatment which I am already considering.
