Laura is our patient coordinator for Dr Raj Acquilla’s Chelsea clinic, responsible for overseeing daily operations and the patient journey from end to end.

With 12 years of first-class customer service experience, Laura is on hand to provide a gold standard service tailored to each patient, recognising specific needs and ensuring they are met in a manner that reflects a comfortable and positive experience. This includes: initiating the patient care plan; providing educational information related to treatments, procedures and medications; and continuing care requirements post-visit.

Laura’s main aim is to uphold the clinic’s high standards in luxurious surroundings, adding to the experience of being treated by one of the world’s top injectors.
