I had a good consultation with Dr. Ingrid and the treatment she prescribed worked immediately. She listened to concerns and suggested the right tests. I had suffered from itchy scalp since 2017 and seen many dermatologist. But still did not get better. I would highly recommend her.

Having experienced issues with flakey, itchy scalp & hair loss for 3 years I was given Dr Wilsons details by a Michelle Thompson Hair. Sadly I had been misdiagnosed by my NHS Practice and Private Dermatologist, who both prescribed a list of shampoos and lotions try. Whilst some meds initially helped, this was not sustained. Following an in-depth 1-2-1 consultation with Dr Wilson including TrichoLab scalp imaging, I was given a diagnosis and detailed treatment plan (the best bit was knowing what is was and that it could be reversed with time). My GP was then able to prescribe the topical treatments needed, Dr Wilson also advised the vitamins needed to help my deficiency. 7 months on I have great steady regrowth, no flaking or itching!! The improvement has also had a positive impact on the anxiety I felt due to the condition of my scalp & hair. From my first phone call to my 6 month consultation, Dr Wilson has been absolutely amazing, her advice, her warm calming nature and professional knowledge was encouraging and supportive. Dr Ingrid is a delightful person very warm, experienced with expert knowledge and it’s clear what you want and how she can help you get that are very important to her. I am a woman of colour. I have had a long standing scalp issue which I have not been able to get to the bottom of with the NHS. It has been a source of my distress for many years. There is no anti dandruff shampoo I haven’t tried. Dr Ingrid did an in depth investigation into my diet, lifestyle, scalp examination, sample photos to a lab and was able to give me a diagnosis within a relatively short period. She also recommended some treatments and tailored hair products with absolutely no pressure to buy. She has the unique combination of the medical expertise of a Doctor and trichologist combined with an understanding of textured / Afro hair and what’s important to us. She was also able to recommend some supplements to help with symptoms and give me a prognosis . The trip to Crewe was absolutely worth it. She is an absolutely amazing woman and so modest with it. I am super grateful to Dr. Ingrid, for the dedication and interest she put in my case from the first moment. She made me feel calm and that I was in a safe space, where, of course, all my doubts regarding why I was losing my hair were clarified. She was very careful when taking pictures of my scalp, which she then deliberated carefully with other doctors specialised in the subject and a few days later she sent me a report with the best treatment options to follow, daily and weekly capilar advice and diet. Today, I can say with complete certainty that Dr. Ingrid is a very well qualified and expert doctor in her field. Cleopatra Treatment: Amazing experience and highly recommend to boost your skincare routine! I had my first Cleopatra Treatment back in May and I really enjoyed it from start to finish. I went to Dr. Wilson’s clinic in Crewe and from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. It was only her and I in the clinic so being in a private environment made me feel comfortable. The appointment started with a series of questions about my skincare routine. Dr. Wilson then explained how the Cleopatra treatments work on different types of skin conditions. I have oily skin with some pigmentation issues so I thought the Clearskin treatment was the most appropriate for my skin. Before we started but also to confirm the type of treatment I selected was matching with what my skin really needed, Dr. Wilson did a skin analysis report by taking some pictures using different lights. The images were impressive and interesting to see. Dr. Wilson took the time to explain what she was seeing in each picture and to confirm that the Clearskin treatment was the most suitable for my skin. The treatment is made of several steps: exfoliation with evacuation, infusion with a serum, and LED lights. The first step was the funniest part for me as my skin was exfoliated while vacuuming off the excess oil at the same time. It was a strange sensation at first but was really enjoying it afterward. Then, the Clearskin serum was put into my skin with nano-needles. This is slightly painful as you feel the nano-needles going into your skin but to me, it wasn’t as uncomfortable as I thought it would be and it doesn’t take too long. For the last part, LED lights were used to soothe my skin and lock in hydration to finish the treatment. My skin was so soft and glowing after the treatment and even a few days after. I got compliments from many people on how good my skin looked. I definitely recommend the Cleopatra treatment as a boost to improve your skin as part of your skincare routine. Make sure to use a face moisturiser and sunscreen protection after the treatment.

I went to Crewe Hair and Skin clinic for electrolysis to permanently remove my facial hair as part of my transgender transition journey. Dr Wilson has been sensitive and compassionate, and performed the electrolysis incredibly skillfully. After a few sessions, my facial hair is now beginning to thin, and I am thrilled with the results!

I first met Dr Ingrid in June 2021 at an event she was speaking at. I was so impressed with her deep level of knowledge on hairloss conditions I immediately made an appointment for a consultation for my own hair loss issues. I had previously met with a Dermatologist but after only a brief consulation, I was left without a confirmed diagnosis or treatment pathway. Dr Ingrid spent time discussing the extent of my condition, exploring potential causes and treatment options. She was empathetic, thorough and explained in lamens terms what my options were. The hair I've lost won't grow back, but I have a way forward that I now feel comfortable with. She has also inspired me to go out there myself and learn much more about trichology.

I spent a good month or so looking to find someone I felt was skilled enough, and that I trusted enough, to perform prp. I found Dr Ingrid Wilson, and upon further research discovered that not only was she far more qualified than the majority offering hair treatments (she's a trichologist and a GP), but she was actually cheaper too, and closer to me. I've had prp and regenera treatment with Dr Wilson for my hair, and have visited a handful of times since last year. The whole process was very relaxed and informative, and Dr Wilson explained everything to me as we went through it. I would seriously recommend her and her clinic, I was unsettled as a man losing his hair, but I felt totally secure and at ease with Dr Wilson, and it's always so educational as well, as I ask her so many questions. She can get you the very best in treatments and products , and will personalise your experience just for you (I use topical finasteride that I get through her, and it is a fantastic product for me) I'm always impressed and reassured by her constant striving for knowledge in her field, and her being at the forefront of hair and skin science through her research. Knowing that I was doing all I could for my hair loss, and with the knowledge and experience of someone like Dr Ingrid Wilson, was itself a weight off of my mind. I regard myself as incredibly fortunate to have access to this lady and her wealth of knowledge, expertise , and her lovely gentle nature. Don't think twice about it, go and see her.

Made the trip up from London and definitely worth it to see Dr Ingrid Wilson for such a knowledgeable and thorough consultation on a hair loss issue that's been troubling me for some time. I heard Dr Wilson speak on a podcast about hair loss including afro hair and by the end of it, I knew I had to book an appointment with her because she clearly knew her stuff from both a medical AND holistic perspective. When I arrived, Dr Wilson quickly put me at ease. The resulting report and recommendations were really helpful and easy to understand. Following on, I felt very prepared in speaking to my GP afterwards for an onward referral. This was further helped by Dr Wilson responding quickly to a query I had despite it being very near to Christmas. While I've been waiting for the NHS appointment.

From first contact through to consultation I have been kept informed. Dr Wilson was very personable and showed empathy towards me and my condition. Dr Wilson performed a thorough initial history taking and examination, ensuring that I understood all of the potential underlying factors contributing to my condition. The rationale for suggested tests and treatment were also made clear. Dr Wilson also ensured that there was follow-up, along with opportunity for me to make contact should I need any clarification. Finally Dr Wilson also has gone above and beyond to search out other practitioners or individuals who would be able to provide me with services which were not part of her portfolio e.g. custom made hair piece. I would highly recommend.

It was a reassuring experience and the ongoing support was invaluable. The advice was effective.

I first ‘met’ Dr Wilson giving a presentation online, I was so impressed with her professionalism and exceptional knowledge that I booked an appointment immediately. Dr Wilson has been a fantastic resource, she is calm, caring, and thorough, she has answered all my questions in detail and backed it up with the most recent research. Her suggestions helped me to get an appointment with the Dermatology department and know exactly what to ask. The dermatologist was so impressed with her comprehensive report, she asked if she could take a copy and share with her colleagues! Although I am under the care of the dermatology department, Dr Wilson still provides information when I need it. My treatment is going well, thanks to Dr Wilson. I highly recommend Dr Wilson, she is worth every penny. If only I received this level of care from the NHS I would not have suffered for so long.

Dr Wilson has a wealth of knowledge regarding hair and scalp problems. She was extremely helpful and immediately gave me advice as to products to use to help with my scalp problem. Detailed questioning to try and understand why I was having problems, also helped with the process. In my follow-up appointment, Dr Wilson again offered me advice and made suggestions as to how to move forward. I was very satisfied with the service that I received.

Dr Ingrid Wilson was really lovely from beginning to end. She was thorough, well-researched and compassionate in the consultation. She asked lots of questions to get to the bottom of the issue and even picked up on things that no other doctor had picked up on before. Dr Ingrid gave me advice that was useful, practical and valuable (eg where to get further medical assistance and prescriptions at a good value). She has a ton of knowledge on hair issues and was always available by phone or email. I was even seen by Dr Ingrid Wilson a few months later for a follow-up appointment where we discussed what had worked and what hadn't worked. In respect of what hadn't worked for me, Dr Ingrid kindly went the extra step to get to the bottom of it. Once again, she was always available to follow up with by phone or email. I found that my time with Dr Ingrid Wilson was worth every penny. I would highly recommend as she dealt with me a high level of competency and compassion.

Received some excellent advice on scalp treatment and seen the benefits within 2 weeks. This is after 30 years of GP's advice of using Neutrogena shampoo. Very knowledgeable and caring support and felt reassured from the start. No hesitation if I need more advice to contact Ingrid.
