Erin Smale, Training & Development Manager

Erin is our passionate and knowledgeable Training & Development Manager who gained her HND in Scotland before moving to London in 2015 to study at the University of the Arts. After achieving a certificate in Aesthetics with distinction she then went on to gain experience in Harley Street before starting her Career in Clinetix.

Erin always has her finger on the pulse, constantly strengthening and developing her already vast understanding of aesthetic treatments. She has worked in the UK as well as Australia developing her skills and gaining knowledge from different countries.

Erin is devoted to sharing her aesthetic expertise and knowledge. She is regularly asked to present at conferences across the UK including Association of Scottish Aesthetic Practitioners conference, Wigmore Medical, Pro Beauty Aesthetic agenda and sits on the advisory board for Pro Beauty's Aesthetics Agenda. Erin also teaches at the Aesthetic Training Academy striking passion in the next generation of aesthetic therapists. Erin has a deep passion for education and strives to be at the forefront of the aesthetic industry. Erin is responsible for the training and development of all of our aestheticians.

Erin splits her time between the office and our 4 clinics but still finds time to travel all over the world and tend to her ducks, chickens, horses and Shar Pei Beau.
