Anna Medical Aesthetics is an award-winning, independent, clinician-led aesthetics and skin health clinic in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Founded in 2018, we specialise in natural-looking facial rejuvenation, particularly for adults aged 40 and over. Our philosophy is simple: to help you look refreshed, confident and still entirely like yourself.

Expertise Led by Anna Kremerov

Our Founder and Clinical Director, Anna Kremerov , is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Nurse Prescriber with an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and a Level 7 qualification in Injectables for Aesthetic Medicine.

Anna's background includes NHS nursing, intensive care and advanced clinical practice. Her experience informs the clinic's emphasis on careful assessment, patient safety and individualised treatment planning.

Anna is also a Sinclair Key Opinion Leader and National Trainer for Ellansé, an Evolus Faculty Member and Trainer, and a Consulting Room Expert Adviser. She served as a judge for The Aesthetics Awards 2026.

Complex Aesthetic and Skin Concerns

Beyond routine facial rejuvenation, Anna has particular experience in managing complex aesthetic concerns, including facial asymmetry and complications associated with previous injectable treatments.

Her work includes treatment of facial asymmetry associated with Bell's palsy , supported by published clinical case work and professional presentations.

The clinic also assesses selected concerns involving excessive sweating, migraine, bruxism, acne, rosacea, pigmentation and melasma. All treatment options are considered following individual clinical assessment.

We can also assess dark circles and under-eye concerns by cause, and provide filler dissolving and complication assessment for suitable patients.

Its 2023 inspection rated the regulated service Good overall, with Outstanding for Well-led. The inspection did not cover every cosmetic treatment offered by the clinic.
