I had a consultation for lip blush and brow micro blading (I have previously had micro blading so the shape and colour was already in place). Amy agreed that all that was required for my brow was a top up and not a full treatment with a follow up. I had my lip blush which was fine, but amy declined to let me know that if i have lip blush I am not able to have laser hair removal l, which I am half way through a course of! She later let me know she was trained in laser hair removal so should have made me aware before the blush apt. Because of this I transferred my £50 lip top up deposit to my brow apt instead. 24hrs before my brow apt I sent amy a voice note explaining I was really unwell with a sore throat and a heavy cold (which was evident in the voice note so she knew I wasn’t fibbing). She was lovely and wished me well saying she would send me alternative dates to re book. The following day she messaged that because she was not able to fill my apt, I was liable to pay the full treatment amount of £300! Not once did she mention £300 as I was told at my consultation my brows would only need a top up (£75 according to her price list). I then let her know that I had tested positive for covid and I’m sure she wouldn’t have wanted me to attend my apt even if I was well enough. Later the same day I said that I couldn’t afford £300 and would cancel, obviously the £50 deposit she would keep because I was unwell and only face 24hrs notice and not 48 as per her policy. I later found out from my bank that Amy tried to take £250 from my debit card and when that was unsuccessful she took x2 lots of £50 which has been taken!!!! Not once did Amy say she was going to debit my card and I was totally shocked and she put me into my overdraft! For a small business I really don’t think this is a good way to treat clients and defiantly should not take funds from someone’s account without prior knowledge. I fully understand amy keeping the £50 deposit because I was unwell, but then to take another £100 (£250 had my bank allowed it) is totally unethical! Ladies I urge you to be very careful with this business as once they have your bank details they will take what they want and not even have the courtesy to give you a heads up they are doing so… very unprofessional :(

Totally recommend Amy Louise , extremely professional with an amazing attention to detail. I had a brilliant experience from start to finish. This lady has a very friendly and calming nature. Absolutely love my eye brows. Five star for sure.
