Louisa Webb is an aesthetic business consultant and device distributor with over a decade of executive-level experience in the skincare, beauty, and aesthetics industries. Based in London, she began her career in aesthetics at the International Institute for Anti-Ageing (IIAA), where she progressed from Sales Consultant through to National Sales Manager and ultimately to Director, overseeing a national sales team during a period of sustained double-digit growth. She subsequently held the role of Sales Director at AlumierMD, supporting the brand's UK market launch, and later took on the position of National Sales Manager for Xpert Professional UK, with responsibility for the Dibi Milano and APG Tech brands. This career trajectory has given her a deep and practical knowledge of commercial strategy, team leadership, and brand development across the aesthetics and cosmeceutical skincare sectors.

Through her own consultancy, Louisa Webb Aesthetic Solutions, and her device supply company, LW Aesthetic Devices, Louisa now works directly with clinics, salons, spas, and professional suppliers to help them overcome commercial challenges, grow revenues, and improve client outcomes. Her device portfolio centres on advanced skin analysis technology, including multi-spectral imaging devices, AI smart mirror systems, aqua-facial equipment, LED therapy, and body analysis tools. She is a co-educator on skin analysis training alongside Be Loasby-Smith of The Academy at the Mill, offering online and in-person training programmes designed to help practitioners integrate diagnostic technology into their consultations and improve both retail performance and client retention.
