The level of information was excellent they gave me a pack and audio CD and it really helped me to understand my procedure better and what questions I should be asking. The aftercare was very important to me, but the nurses - especially Agi - were so lovely always at the end of the phone and willing to have you come in and see them (and Mr Richards) with any concerns. This made such a difference to me as it’s a bit scary once you get home.
