Question: Request for guidance on dissolving princess filler.

Requesting guidance on dissolving princess filler under the eyes,
I am writing to seek your expertise and guidance regarding a Princess filler treatment I received at a clinic in Corrimal Health Works in 2020 by Dr Qamar
The filler was injected under my eyes, but unfortunately, the results were not satisfactory. Right from the start, I was unhappy with the noticeable asymmetry, as my right eye had significantly more filler than I wanted.

Despite my immediate dissatisfaction, I was hesitant to return to the clinic due to a lack of trust in the doctor. When I expressed my concerns, she informed me that dissolving the filler would incur an additional cost of $200. As a result, I did not pursue the dissolution at that time.

It has now been five years since the treatment, and the filler remains under my eyes, causing a noticeable grey silvery shadow. I am eager to have it dissolved in the most professional and safe manner possible.

After contacting the clinic where I received the treatment, I was informed that the type of filler used was not documented on my file. However, based on their recollection, they believe that Princess filler was used.

In light of this, I would appreciate your guidance on the following:

- The most suitable dissolving agent to use for Princess filler
- Any potential risks or side effects associated with the dissolution process
- Recommendations for clinics or practitioners in the Wollongong area who have experience in dissolving Princess filler

I am seeking a trusted and experienced professional to help me resolve this issue. Your guidance and recommendations would be invaluable in ensuring that I receive the best possible care.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Sincerely,

Kim Heath

We can of course, remove the filler from under the eye. Dr Anna will perform a scan to see where the filler sits at the moment or, if has migrated. We offer consultations with the doctor and treatment can be provided on the same day. Consultation fee is £195 and it is chargeable at the time of the booking either by phone or via a payment link. Feel free to contact us (our contact details can be found clinic profile) I am afraid I won\'t be able to reply to you on this thread after. Looking forward to hearing from you. Answer: Dear Ms Heath,

We are sorry to hear of your experiences. We could arrange a consultation with Mr Gateley our Medical Director Consultant Plastic Surgeon.
Hyaluronic filler are usually absorbed by the body in this time frame. Princess Fillers are not a band we use but it does say they are HA.
It should have been easy to remove it at the time.

We would have to charge for the consultation, as we have not done the treatment, due to his experience this would be £250. Imaging could be required if there is any doubt regarding the lump.
Surgical removal is done in a very small number of cases where filler has remained after unsatisfactory treatments.

I hope this is of some help.

Regards

Julia Gateley
