I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing some redness three weeks after your CO2 Laser Skin Resurfacing treatment – I understand how concerning that must be.
Please do correct me if I’m mistaken, but I couldn’t find a record of this treatment being carried out at our clinic.
My best advice would be to contact the clinic where your treatment was performed and speak directly with the practitioner, as they’ll be best placed to assess your skin’s response and guide you appropriately.
From our experience with the laser we use, most patients typically experience redness for up to 5 days post-treatment, followed by darkening and peeling of the skin. Full downtime usually takes around 2–3 weeks, depending on the individual and the intensity of the treatment.
If you feel you may be experiencing an adverse reaction, please don’t delay in reaching out to your treating practitioner for tailored advice and support.

Answer: Good Morning, Is this a treatment you had with us? If it is, we would be happy to see you for a follow up, if not then I would advise contacting your clinic. I would like to reassure you that redness can last from two weeks to 4 weeks and then pinkness can last for up to 6 months.
