Hi,
I am enquiring regarding a treatment for my pigmented birthmark, would laser and Ipl
treatment be the best treatment?
Help and advice would be greatly appreciated

At Thames Skin Clinic we use medical grade level 4 lasers which are very powerful at treating concerns such as pigmentation. We would need to assess your concern individually within a consultation to let you know how many sessions we would recommend and if this is the correct treatment for you.

Answer: Hello,
It does depend on the type of birthmark. If it is an epidermal naevus, then our laser may be suitable to help. if it is a dermal naevus, then we would not have an effective treatment.
