Answer: You would need to have a consultation appointment to ascertain exactly what type of procedure would be best for you. Sometimes a Mastopexy (breast lift) is sufficient but sometimes a breast reduction with a mastopexy is required. A consultation with Mr David Gateley is £250. Kind regards Madelaine
