Dermal fillers are excellent at improving the areas you have mentioned. Please see more information below.

Firstly, I would like to invite you to visit us for a complimentary consultation. One of our highly trained medical practitioners will take time to get to know you and what you would like to achieve from your procedure. It is then that she can advise you which dermal filler will help give you the desired effect. If you decide to go ahead with your procedure, Emla cream will be applied which will help to numb the area allowing for a more comfortable experience. All our dermal fillers are from Allergan, a highly regarded global health care company. A summary of our dermal fillers is as follows:

Juvederm Smile – This has a very light gel consistency for the lips and fine lines around the mouth. This is highly recommended for patients new to dermal fillers as the product can be used in a very small amount of 0.55ml.
Juvederm Volbella – This also has a very light gel consistency for the lips.
Juvederm Volift – This gel is of slightly thicker consistency, used mainly for the nasolabial lines (nose to mouth), jowl lift and chin enhancement.
Juvederm Voluma – This gel is of thicker consistency which is used for cheek enhancement.

All our dermal fillers contain hyaluronic acid which is found naturally in the skin and unfortunately as we age this is what decreases - our skin becomes drier and loses volume. Hyaluronic acid absorbs moisture and keeps your skin well hydrated for a more youthful look. The gel is injected under the skin using an ultra-fine needle, filling lines and wrinkles and adding subtle volume. Depending upon which product is used the results can last up to 18 months.

Yes, dermal fillers work wonderfully well for lines around the lips and marionette. Smokers lose elasticity of the skin, it becomes less flexible, therefore the lines will lessen but may not be 100% improved with dermal fillers. I can give you an idea of what you can expect by checking your elasticity during a consultation, talk about expectations of outcome and give an estimate for that result.

It is difficult to give you an exact idea of what can be achieved without seeing you in person. You can always arrange a complementary consultation to discuss further. Yes dermal filler can be used to fill specific lines as you have mentioned. You may need fillers of different consistency for the different areas so may require more than 1-2mls.
