Question: Dissolving Dermal Filler

I have had Princess Gold filler treatment some months ago. my skin is very traumatised.
The practioner has been good to me for many years.
However, for some reason will not accept this has traumatised my skin.
Should I get it dissolved, has been in there some time now and not subsided much?
Would appreciate your advice.

Answer: Hello Viviene

Princess is a reversable HA dermal filler that can be dissolved and is gone within 48 hours. If you are unhappy with the result go back and discuss this with your provider, they legally need to be able to prescribe ie hold a prescribing qualification to offer the medicine that reverses HA if they are not then it would be wise to find a practioner who is a prescribing Nurse, Doctor or Dentist with expereince in Facial Aesthetics.

Answer: Hello
Thank you for your message.

We do not use Princess filler so it is very difficult for me to advise.

I would recommend a review with your medical practitioner to hopefully resolve your concerns.

Best wishes
Jo

Answer: Yes, absolutely we can do this for you. As you are a new patient to the clinic we would require you to have a 40 minute in depth general consultation with one of our doctors ahead of any treatment.

Consultations carry a non refundable £50 fee which will be taken on the day of your appointment.

To secure appointments we must store your card details in our secure system, this can be taken over the phone. Alternatively, you can input your own details using our new online booking system via our website.

Please note in case of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours notice) this card will be charged with the late cancellation fee which will be highlighted in your appointment confirmation email.

So you have an idea of timescales, our next availability for a consultation is Tuesday 12th July at 4.10pm with Dr Lauren.

If you do require any further information or would like us to look at potential dates and times for an initial consultation please let us know.

Can I also ask you to please provide us with your full postal address and mobile phone number as we need this information to book your appointment.

Kindest regards,

Kirsty

Answer: Hi many thanks for your enquiry ideally I would need to see you to assess your skin and the effect of your treatment.

Whereabouts do you live?

If you live close by I practice in Gerrards Cross which is in South Buckinghamshire I am happy to see you.

Dissolving could well be an option but I would be interested to understand the Reasons your previous practitioner did not want to dissolve.

The cost for my consultation is £75

Answer: I think it will depend upon what you mean by traumatised. Dissolving dermal filler Carrie’s it’s own roses and should not be considered lightly. In addition, the original practitioner should also be the one to dissolve as all responsibility for the original treatment then transfers to the person who carries out the dissolving. I hope this information helps - Sarah - Finesse Skin Clinic
