Answer: I just discussed this (anonymously) with my urology consultant colleague in case this is work he would do. He has not heard of it and I certainly would not do it. Are you sure you’re talking about the muscle in the spermatic cord? That would be exceptionally risky and to be honest if the scrotal sac has high tone then it would be pointless.
