Answer: Hi Sharie,
Thank you for the query. As far as I'm aware, there are no blood products in Belotero dermal fillers. I have asked my local Merz representative (Merz are the manufacturers of Belotero) for confirmation of this, and I will update you as soon as I am able.

Our understanding is that Belotero is an entirely synthetic product which means no blood products are used in it's manufacture. I shall ask our rep the question, as well. And if that's different, I'll get back in touch
