"I have had botox before elsewhere, which was not that successful so I decided to attend Skin Renaissance for an initial consultation based on the good reviews and Kim's background. Kim made me feel so welcome and relaxed. Right from the start Kim listened, reassured and advised. The clinic was very clean and bright. Kim was professional throughout and put me right at ease. The later opening hours were also appealing due to the fact that I work.
