Make-up and Camouflage

The option of a more permanent make-up feature such as eyeliner, eyebrow definition or lip liner is chosen by people for a variety of reasons, from simple time saving every morning when they do their regular make-up to issues relating to allergies, skin type or an inability to apply conventional make-up products.

Skin camouflage, which is the application of specially formulated creams designed to minimise and neutralise defects or discolouration of the skin by covering, concealing and masking them, can be used to conceal a number of conditions, such as post surgical concealment, scars, burns, birthmarks, rosacea, vitiligo, and other pigmentation problems.

More permanent camouflage techniques are also available to create pigmentation marks or replicate hair in cases of illness, trauma or congential abnormalities.
