“I was a bit concerned about the wrinkles over my eyebrows and on top of the nose. So I looked at getting some Botox done. I searched online and Botonics came up. I'm based in Fulham, London and they were based in Harley St so I knew I could get there pretty easily, especially with their good opening hours. I went for an initial consultation and they recommended some Botox treatment. My specialist Naruschka and coordinator Bill who very friendly and capable. “It all started with a chat from a friend who I was talking with about getting dermal filler in the top of my nose area, I suppose it hadn’t occurred to me you could have this done but shortly after speaking with her I knew what I wanted. I had always had issues around the nose area and felt that it played a major role in everyday life challenges from going shopping to having a night out, business meetings ect. it’s something which is so small and irrelevant that a lot of people would take it as being vain but when it comes down to it those people have no idea what you feel like inside. After contacting Bill (Botonics) he was amazing just brilliant from the outset he clearly went through every detail and made it very simple for me to understand, I had my first appointment with Naruschka (Botonics) and I was very nervous this was the start of something life changing for me, Naruschka (Botonics) is one of these people you feel automatically comfortable with, very charming put me at ease and all my concerns and really worked hard on making me look and feel like I’ve always wanted to.
There was no pain from the injection going in very easy flowing and fast, once Naruschka (Botonics) had finished I looked in the mirror and started really getting emotional after all these years the problem was fixed and I feel almost instant relief.
The bruising is minimal and the pain is far to none, an hour treatment and you’re done! I have been to see Naruschka (Botonics) 3 times now and keep coming back for the same boost of confidence; I have been in talks with her about dermal fillers for my cheeks and Botox around the forehead area, which I’m very keen to explore.
I don’t like to speak about money but the rates for the customer service you receive is exceptional, the payment plan is a really good way of maintaining your look and being able to afford it!
The word that comes to mind every time I refer somebody to Botonics is ‘consistency’ in the world we live today many people do the same job but very few are willing to go that extra mile and deliver every time.

“I recently attended 58 Queens Square where I was treated with botox and fillers to my lips and from my nose to mouth, (nasolabial fold) which I am extremely pleased with. The clinic is easy to find and centrally located. The team are very professional and knowledgable, I felt safe knowing I was in such good hands. I was initially a little uneasy about having my lips filled however after speaking to Dr Sherina, who immediately put my mind at rest and informed me of what I was to expect it was plain sailing from there on. “I found the whole booking and customer service of the receptionist for high standard, but i left over 300.00 down in money looking very odd, botox did not work, as for the lips i went to a proper doctor who was shocked at the results of my lips, very very disappointed, would not recommend in the slightest.”

“I had a Co2 laser 2 weeks ago, the service at the clinic was very good, they give a lot of attention to details. All the staff was very nice and deligent. Thanks for that. the post.treatment was great, no pain at all and everything went fine. I went for the Co2 laser beause of acne scarring and I went for the whole face. The results are very good for wrinkles and sun damage, the changes are quite notable and you really can see improvements and I would totally recommended for theses purposes. In the other hand with the acne scarring I would think about it, because the changes are quite few at least in my second week, and i don't think It would change a lot in the following months in this matter. The money/results relation is not worthwhile in this topic and of course in my case. Wish luck anyway. And thanks to the staff.”

“I have being going to see Amanda for a variety of treatments since she first opened the clinic. I have had regular botox, fillers, tear trough treatment, peels, microdermabrasion and now dermaroller. I find Amanda to be the best (I have had botox elsewhere previously). She is always very welcoming to everybody who comes into the clinic, extremely professional, knowledgeable and a fantastic personal advert for the sensible use of the most up to date treatments available as she looks amazing. I regularly find people commenting on my great skin (it is now!) and youthful appearance. Amanda explains everything, considers the best treatment for your areas of concern and the clinic is a warm and friendly place - the new premises feel like a lovely private club. Everybody at the clinic, Andrea, Emma, Louise, Laura and now Kathryn the new nurse are really lovely people and I enjoy every visit. Thanks Amanda and staff.
