At Persona we put our client’s needs first and we are committed to delivering a quality service that works from strict protocols and codes of practice.

We only employ medical practitioners to deliver our injectable procedures and experienced aestheticians for our laser and skin solutions. The team are hand picked by medical director, Dr Lisa Delamaine, for their expertise, experience and advanced aesthetic skills. Only top brand products, which are approved and clinically tried and tested for their safety and efficacy, are chosen for our treatment menu.

Our state of the art clinic  is within easy reach of Bexleyheath train station, the A2 & M25, and is 10 minutes from Bluewater shopping centre. 

We believe that advice should be free therfore offer free of charge consultations with no obligation to proceed with any procedure. Upon arrival at the clinic you will also receive a complimentary skin scan where our skin specialists will advise on treatments and recommendations for your skin.

We regularly stay in contact with our clients through newsletters, educational emails, regular promotions as well as offer loyalty and rewards schemes. With all these factors in mind, Persona can guarantee that our clients are receiving a platinum standard service everytime they visit us.

Olivia is the newest member of the team and joined Persona in September 2017. She is an experienced beauty and skin care specialist and has worked in the industry for 6 years in 5 star spas across London. She has worked with many skin care brands and gives great product recommendations and skin care advice. Since joining Persona Olivia has attended training courses in HydraFacial, Obagi and Laser Hair Removal and delivers treatments to the highest possible standards with great results. Olivia is passionate about maintaining excellent customer service. Olivia is our Obagi ambassador for Persona.

Emma Caston has worked for Persona Cosmetic Medicine as clinic and business manager since 2004. Herself and Dr Lisa Delamaine have grown from a team of 2 to a team of 11 and now successfully run 2 medical aesthetic clinics.

Directions

To Find us we are located at 300 Broadway, Bexleyheath, DA6 8AH. We are just 10 minutes from Bexley, Dartford, Blackfen, Welling and only a short drive from Sidcup, Pettswood, Chislehurst, Orpington and Bluewater shopping centre. Bexleyheath Train station is also just a 10 minute walk.

There is paid parking available at Better Gym which is opposite the clinic. They charge around 70p for half an hour or £1.10 for an hour. You can also use the Ringo app.

There is FREE parking available at Crook Log Leisure centre, Asda Crook Log for 1 hour or Asda Broadway for 3 hours. These are just a 10 minute walk to the Clinic. There is also Free parking in the following roads;
