Are Consultations Free?▶

Aesthetic consultations at MeiLustre Clinic are complimentary and included as part of your treatment journey. For medical weight management, an initial eligibility assessment fee of £99 applies. All consultations are conducted by our Advanced Nurse Practitioner to ensure treatments are appropriate and safe for you.

Are There And Side Effects? ▶

Most treatments have minimal side effects. Anti-wrinkle treatment Amy cause mild redness or swelling that settles within hours; microneedling may cause mild redness for 24-48 hours. All risks are discussed fully during your consultation.

Can I Combine Treatments?▶

Combining treatments may be possible and will be discussed during your consultation. All decisions - including whether treatments can be combined - are made on an individual basis following a thorough clinical assessment by our advanced Nurse Practitioner.

Do I Need A GP Referral?▶

No - you can contact us directly to book a consultation. We are, however, always happy to liaise with your GP if you would like us to.

How Long Do Results Take To Appear?▶

Results vary by treatment. For aesthetic treatments addressing facial lines, initial effects are typically visible within a few days, with full results at around 2 weeks. For medical skin needling, improvements in skin texture develop gradually over several weeks. For medical weight management, progress depends on individual factors and the personalised plan agreed during your consultation.

How Often Will I Need Treatments? ▶

This varies. Anti-wrinkle treatment is typically refreshed every 3-4 months; micro needling is usually a course of sessions; and weight management is an ongoing programme with regular reviews.

Is The Clinic CQC - Registered? ▶

Yes, MeiLustre Clinic is CQC - registered and operates in full compliance with UK regulations. All treatment is delivered by a qualified, registered healthcare professional.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy? ▶

We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Where Is The Clinic Located? ▶

We are based in KT8, East Molesey, Surrey, and care for clients across Molesey, Hampton Court, Esher, Kingston, Surbiton and the surrounding Surrey areas.
